Error for Breadcrumbs after SEF mod

Hi,

 

I used the approach for SEF outlined in knowledge base: "Menus and modules and Itemids"

 

This has worked well overall. However i have two issues now

 

1. When I select a product and then click the category name on the breadcrumbs menu at the top of the page it gives me this error.

2. The URLs for products have numbers in the product part of the URL:

 

Example: 293 at the front of the product --> http://www.datingskillsreview.com/product-review/membership-programs/293-sex-god-method-vip-program
