Frontend Media Management

I'm trying to put my wife to work by adding photos to listings.

I don't want to make her a "Super User" (so she can't mess things up too much) so I created a new user group called "Super Contributor". I'm piggy-backing that user group off of "Registered Users".

Then, I thought that I could use the Frontend Media Management options to allow her to make media changes from the front end. But the frontend gear icon to "Edit Media" doesn't show up on listings for her.

Attached is how the Frontend Media Management is set.

Are there other settings somewhere that also need to be changed?
