Tomoe Posted June 14, 2021 at 03:08 PM Share Posted June 14, 2021 at 03:08 PM Hi, I have 2 questions about review reporting set on "Enable reporting of user reviews" in Configuration > Reviews : Is it possible to ask for the email of people reporting a review? When I click on "Report" on the review, there is just a text field to report and privacy checkbox, but nothing else. On reports e-mails, there is "Commenter: Guest", IP address and report text, but "E-mail:" is a blank data. Did I miss a setting somewhere? I can't figure very well how to use report moderation. What happens for example if you accept report? When I click on "Accept", it just disappears and I can't find it anymore. Maybe I'm mistaking on report's uses, but I can't find anything about it in documentation. Best regards. Link to comment
