Simple search in custom field options - not the value

Hi,

 

I have a field option "Baden-Württemberg". The value is "baden-wuerttemberg". When I perform a search via the top search input field in list view with the keyword "Baden-Württemberg" it does return nothing. When I search for "baden-wuerttemberg" it does. But everybody would search for the name, not for the value. How can I change that?
