Recommendation on Shack Analytics and Spam-a-not

Hi all,

Does anyone have any experience with these two Joomla extensions?

I'm not as technical as most people here and Shack Analytics does make a case to make it easier to track things (at least all of the tracking codes) in one place; and the OSpam-a-not seems preferable to stopping users from having to check pictures in a grid.

Appreciate any feedback.
