Pros and Cons of Gtranslate for JReviews multilingual listings

Hi everyone, I am currently researching ways to create JReviews listings in multiple languages.

One solution that keeps popping up is Gtranslate. If possible, I was hoping people who have used it could detail their experiences (good and bad).

In my case, I only want to show manually translated content. I could be wrong, but I don't think this is possible with Gtranslate. I think everything gets automatically translated unless you specifically put "do not translate" tags into the pages. Please correct me if I am wrong!
