Joomla Modul in Relationship of a Jreviews Field

Could it be possible to show a custom Joomla module in relationship to a custom field in listing?

For example:

1. Creating some custom joomla modules with informations of manufacturers. X Y Z (That's easy)

In a business directory the owner of the listing can list his manufacturers and if the manufacturer X was filled in the above modul displays on the site. If manufacturer Y is filled in the module Y displays on the site. And if X and Y are filled in the modules X and Y displays.

It seems to be easy to create custom joomla modules for this. It could be possible with the related listings feature in a module, but in this way I have to create a separate listing type with the listings X,Y and Z and they must be visible somewhere on my site. Or can I put these listing types in a hidden menu and they display in the related listing module nevertheless?
