custom fields/groups not appearing in listing

hi all, 

 

i know its got to be something ive missed but ive created a single fieldgroup "accessibility" and single custom field "accessibility" (multiselect list), which appears when i refer to it in any advanced search custom module (so i know its functioning ok).

 

However

I cant get it to appear in customer facing listings.

what i've done so far:
 - Created a listing front end (cant see the "accessibility" option, but logging into joomla admin backend and clicking on the listing I can see it, so i tick the option i want) 

I've checked:
 - The custom field "accessibility" has all ticks in custom fields manager
 - Listing Types config the "accessibility" group is ticked
 - Create a pricing plan that has the custom fieldgroup selected (all group as its a one off premium plan)
 - Clicked on update orders (incase i need to update the listing order version) - (shows ZEro)
 

 

any ideas?
