Jreviews SEF Plugin causes 404 on RSForm PRO submissions

Hi,

I put {rsform 4} in the theme file.

If I have the SEF plugin disabled the form submits fine.

If I have the SEF plugin enabled the page 404s upon submittal.

I assume this is because RSForm is not correctly interpreting the URL that has been re-written by Jreviews.

Any ideas of a fix?
