Google only finding category & directory pages, few item pages

I submitted my sitemap that shows 127 pages to Google Webmaster Tools almost two weeks ago. My site is http://www.vaporknowledge.com

GWT shows that 30ish have been indexed thus far.

Searching Google for "site:vaporknowledge.com" (direct link to that search: https://www.google.com/search?q=site%3Avaporknowledge.co&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a#fp=b60ef2c46460515a&q=site:vaporknowledge.com&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&safe=off&start=10 ) shows 400+ pages indexed, but they're all category and directory pages that seem very redundant to have indexed. Only a small amount of the actual product pages have been indexed (as in two or three).

Any ideas on how to make this process quicker? I was thinking about making a live, navigable version of the sitemap in the footer of the webpage.

Also, the URLs of these pages (and the actual product pages that G's picked up) have a strange directory structure - they're definitely not SEF URLs. Any ideas on how to delete these pages so that Google only picks up what's in the sitemap?

An example of a page that it's picked up, but not necessarily one I want it to have picked up, follows:

vaporknowledge.com/clearomizers-atomizers?page=4&id=9
