Terry Howard1424296107 Posted May 15, 2011 at 04:19 PM Share Posted May 15, 2011 at 04:19 PM Been trying to get JReviews search results pages correctly identifying the right Itemid to use for modules, active menu, etc... while the Joomla core SEF is enabled and I've come to the conclusion that it just isn't going to happen. So, how would I go about forcing click2search and advanced search result pages to NOT use SEF while everything else does as normal? My other path of thinking was to try and pick out the Itemid from the SEF url, it's there, and force Joomla to set the value as the current Itemid. I've gotten as far as getting the browser URL and parsing it down to the number I need, but I have been unsuccessful in changing the current value for Itemid. There has to be a way to do this.
