When I press install nothing happens

I ordered the addon and it shows under the intital jreviews screen as an active addon.

 

When I press install nothing happens. I do not get any errors.

 

I decided to try following the instructions in the forum  for the error "addon not active for this license"

 

I Cleared the local key text area and re-submited the license number.

 

That did not change anything.

 

I went to the components/com_jreviews_addons directory and there is no geomaps subdirectory
