Need a Custome Module (I think).

Here is our use case.

 

We write stories about video games. We want to tighten the integration between our content and the review section of our site. So at times we will write a story on the games we also review. We want to use our currently installed iJoomla Sidebar to have a custom module that we can put into the content that displays a "short" version of the review of that game.

 

We would like to add a {review tag id} in the story to trigger this module (if present on the page) to show the review for the game. Any one have the skills to make this happen, and if so what would it cost me.
