Pagination issue with sh404SEF (I followed sh404SEF with JReview instructions)

I'm getting 404'd anytime I try to use jreviews pagination links with sh404SEF enabled. I've read everything I can find on this issue. I followed the instruction for "Using sh404SEF with JReviews" to the letter. Is there anything else I try in order to make this work?

 

Recreation: Go to www.climbingshoereview.com, Navigate to Brands..Five Ten and then click on a pagination link.
