detail page SEF URL in "index.php?..." form

Hi,

 

I would like to include the links for this SEF URL :

 

http://www.pembaris.com/food-italian/234-uno

 

into this form :

 

"/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&catid=76:italian&id=234:uno&Itemid=217"

 

but it doesn't work no matter how much creativity I put in. How can I submit a link like the latter but process as the first one in external module?

 

I used "index.php?Item=XXX&option=com_jreview it displays me the correct SEF URL.
