add a weight to to an entire review through a custom field

Some reviewers should have more weight than another... if someone only has limited experience with a product, they should not be able to have as much weight to the overall rating as another.  So, if I create a custom field "experience" and I ask a reviewer how much experience he/she has with a product:

 

• only used the trial
  
• 3 months
  
• 6 months
  
• 1-2 years
  
• 3-5 years
  
• 6 years or more
  

 

I'd like to be able to add a certain weight to their entire rating.  To do this we'd have to add a text field next to those choices that specify how much weight each type of review would have.  This would be a special custom field and only one per review I would think.
