Duplicate title- and meta issues - huge pagination problem?

Hi

For this particular website ( http://www.bryllup.dk ) , I recently made two directories:

1. One for migrating hundreds of business listings from Moset Tree

2. One for taking care of our 800+ content articles

Once in a while, I check my sites using Google Webmaster Tools and also daily check my rankings in Google.

This time I got a shock: The amount of metatag description issues and title tag issues exploded to several thousands.

Here's a few examples for pages with duplicate meta tag issues:

Example 1:

http://www.bryllup.dk/anbefalinger/Artikeldatabase/Bryllupsgaester/bryllupstaler_c40_m265/204-bryllupstale-der-tager-alle-med-storm.html

http://www.bryllup.dk/anbefalinger/artikeldatabase/bryllupsgaester/bryllupstaler_c40_m265.html

Now, why would the exact same page have so many URL's ? Try "zooming in" on the URL's. Some has capital A in Artikeldatabase, one has small a.

Also, why would the artikle "Ideer til bryllupstaler" and "Bryllupstale der tager alle med storm" end up as /201-ideer-til-bryllupstaler.html to the main URL ( http://www.bryllup.dk/anbefalinger/Artikeldatabase/bryllupsgaester/bryllupstaler_c40_m265.html ) ? It's a category, not article view.

I'm not sure if this particular problem is just removeable by adding rel="nofollow" - are you?

If so, I need to learn how to add this, please :)

On the other hand.........if I add nofollow to this, Google will never find all the content that is not on page one of the results.....

Now, why would the page exist in these three, similar versions with 3 different URLs?

I hope we can solve this quickly and save my website for tumbling down the Google search results.
