How to resolve problems with duplicate URL ...

 

Help me solve this problem:

 

1 - I'm using SEF sh404SEF

2 - Create a Review for Freelancer, where the title is the name of Freelance

 

I configured the categories in sh404SEF to add the ID in URL

 

http://www.xxx.com/20081104153/freelances/namefreelance.html

 

I would like the URL it this way:

 

http://www.xxx.com/freelances/namefreelance/ID.html (only the ID without the date)

 

 

I would like to learn how to do this because I think I will need in other sections
