Display Custom Field Value of Other Listing Type of Same Author

I have three different listing types: Booths, Prizes and Products

Only a booth owner can add Prizes and Products.

On the Booths page the author's Business Phone, Cell Phone and Messanger chat link are displayed (if he fills them in)

We need to be able to display those fields on the other listing types. Yes, we could capture them separately using different fields, but that is redundent for the booth owner, especially since he may add in a dozen products and prizes. We could add them in using a related field, but it's odd to have the owner select from a list of phone numbers, there will likely be thousands. We are curretnly using a db query but wanted to know if there was another way of doing this without having to do a db query.

Any ideas?
