Photo URL generation issue

Hello dear developers!

When creating media objects, I noticed a problem when opening photos. 

When opening a photo, an error appears: The image could not be loaded.

If you look in the console, you can see that the link to the large photo with a URL error

Here is an example
Here is the wrong one:

/images/articlesphotos/original/89/15/14/6-res-10006-21-1688583206.jpg

Here is the correct one:

/images/articles/photos/original/89/15/14/6-res-10006-21-1688583206.jpg

That is, a slash "/" is missing

And just one more question about the photos.
I noticed that when deleting a photo from an article, the photos and directories are not physically deleted from the server. Can this be implemented? Otherwise, there will be a lot of unnecessary files that will take up storage space.
