Rebuilding my JReviews website via PHPMYADMIN?

I've suffered a bad a MySQL crash, we've spent a week now taking a bunch of troubleshooting steps to reduce MySQL processes and the size of the MySQL database, it's over 3 gigabytes. The sessions table has hundreds of thousands of rows from the +10 years I've had my website (during this time I foolishly experimented with installing tons of different extensions - I've now uninstalled most of these).

I'm think that perhaps the best thing to do at this point is to start with a fresh install of my RocketTheme template, re-install extensions (there aren't that many other than JReviews). Then I'll recreate my articles, categories, and modules by importing tables in the PHPMYADMIN.

I'd reinstall JReviews and import all Jreviews tables from the old site. I have a few custom overrides that I need to re-create. Are there any other special concerns with recreating my JReviews set up?
