How to create "Control Category" for "Custom Field" Field options

Hi Guys good Evening,

We want to create "Custom Field" that will have Field options of

Option 1
Option 2
Option 3
Option 4
Option 5

and That "Custom Field" Will be part of different Listing Types

Listing Type 1
Listing Type 2
Listing Type 3

My Question: Is any way we can create  "Control Category" for "Custom Field"  Field options

i.e When User Select "Listing Type 1" Category While creating listing  only Option 1, Option 3 of "Custom Field" are Shown to user
or When user select "Listing Type 2" only Option 2, Option 3 , Option 5 of "Custom Field" are Shown etc
