Listing Page Title output additional characters only if Field filled in

I output a field before the title in my Page Title (screenshot). But I want to frame it with a square bracket. Is it possible to display this bracket only if the field in the listing is also filled in?
Is it possible to set this via the backend somewhere or do I have to change this in some template?
