Is there a simple way to split the Listing Buttons?

We want to show the Edit Listing and Add Media Button below the Listing for example.
The other User Buttons like Favorites or Reviews should be stay on their place.

We found out how to change the order of the Buttons, but not how to split them.
Would this be possible in an easy way?
