Field Option to Field Option relationship with radiobuttons does not work?

We want to have a relationship between 2 fields with type Radio Buttons.

Field A (Type Radio Buttons)
Field Option 1
Field Option 2
Field Option 3

Field B (Type Radio Buttons)
Field Option 1a
Field Option 2a
Field Option 3a

Now we want to to set the relationship for example from Field B Field Option 1a to Field A Field Option 2
But we dont see the Control Field and Control Value. Why?
