Add "Order" action button alongside "Write Review"

For product listing pages like this I'd like to add an additional conspicuous button for "Order" next to "Write Review" and the other buttons that appear there below the cover image, like this...

I'd like the button to just correspond to a URL field like jr_AffLink.
