Offline payment option dosen't appear - Can I just insert an embed form?

I've enabled the offline payment option and I'd like to use it to receive payment via my Cryptocurrency processor NowPayments - Coinbase dosen't work for me.

I would just like to insert an iframe (like this) - doesn't seem like it should be too complicated.

However the offline payment option (which I renamed Cryptocurrency) doesn't appear in the check out form - what's the issue here?
