trying to create a "State" Field like the tutorial..

in this youtube: 

first thing it shows is to create "State" in the "Field Manager" however JReviews is telling me I cannot create it.. "A field with that name already exists for either content or reviews. Each custom field name has to be unique." 

I dont have the field in there, i dont see it.. how can i find where this field is? 

is there a way i can reset the JReviews DB? and start from scratch without reinstalling it? what do you suggest we can do?
