Displaying Reviewer's Uploaded Images

I sought out how to enable reviewers to submit their own images related to their respective review and finally found guidance on enabling this via this post.

To this point, I cannot seem to get the relevant photos to display in the reviews module.  Initially the reviewer image would also not appear adjacent to the review in the listing either, but I just so happen to click "Rebuild Media Counts" the image appears in the listing review now but still will not appear in the Reviews module.  Is there perhaps a setting that I'm missing or will displaying a user uploaded photo in the reviews module require a custom thtml file?

Show Thumbnail is set to yes.
