In JReviews we should be allowed to change category without the news being deleted

This bug exists for many years. When we create a new news item and we start writing the news, we might see, afterwards, that our news item should be placed in another category.

But if we change category, then our news item is deleted. 

This bug should be solved. We can't open a new tab in our browser every time and do copy-pasting. My new editors which start working on the website, are leaving for reasons like this (not only this but this is one of the reasons).

When is this going to be fixed? To be honest in all editors that I work for I havent'seen this bug.
