He will be going from v3.1.1.1 to v3.5.0.1. Atempts to update in teh admin panel displays an error: Invalid file request. Please contact support. I am assuming that his would indicate that the update must be performed by reinstalling JReviews. If this is the case, what is the best method to do this. Documentation states to "Fully uninstall S2Framework and JReviews". Is this done via Joomla extension manager or ftp? If the error message indicates something else please help me to understand what is needed. As always, thank you for your valued time. Cindy Link to comment
