Field name title on new listing + editing based on category

Hi Alejandro...

Is it possible to have a field title changed based on the category that the listing is submitted to?

For example:  

The field name it stays the same: jr_company

But the field title displayed in a business category would be My company and the field title displayed in a sport club category would be My club - when adding a new listing or editing an existing one.
