Data structuring for a City Guide Directory + Jreviews as headless CMS

Hello,

I am gonna use Jreviews on Wordpress with the purpose of a headless CMS so basically Wordpress via Jreviews will act just as a data container where i ll fetching to a React App so i wanted to ask if someone has a similar experience with this and if Jreviews cooperates well with the Wordpress REST API that its the middleman for this task.

Also,since wordpress will be the data container i want to ask thoughts about my setup. So lets say that we want this guide to have Hotels, Restaurants ,Shops and Bars for the city but i want also filter this restaurant based the parts of the town like DowTown, Centrum etc.
How can i do this to wordpress? 
So i can have thumbnails in my site/app with the name of the part of town etc Centrum and when the user clicks there will get the Listings based on these tags. If he is on Reustarants page and he clicks on the tag of Centrum he ll get Restaurants of Centrum only...
With that way i can also organize the Retaurants to Street food/Burgers , to Italian etc and more...What do you think?
