URL links on Multi-select list options - is this possible?

Hi,

I want to create a Multi-select list with options that have images (great I can see this can be done). I want to be able to display these in a users listings.

The other thing I want to do is make each option a clickable link to a specific user profile/listing. Is there any way to achieve this?

So for example, if my multi-list is structured as follows:

Field type Multi-select - Name: "My fruit suppliers"

- Apple (apple.png) linked URL that when clicked goes to 'Farmer A supplier'

- Pear (pear.png) linked URL that when clicked goes to 'Farmer B supplier'

- Banana (banana.png) linked URL that when clicked goes to 'Farmer C supplier'

I can see something called related list - is this how we would do it or is there a simpler way where i can just enter the direct path to the "Supplier's profile"? These URLs will never be changed as will be set by the administrator.
