searchresult without photo

Hello Alejandro, we have recently purchased and installed jreviews. With Rapidlauncher we installed "Business directory" and "City Guide". Now if you search for anything, it shows the listings, but without photos as you can see in attached screenshot.

After some tests i can say, it is NOT showing photos for following layouts:

Vertical Card DEFAULT
Vertical Card Masonry DEFAULT
Horizontal Card DEFAULT
Postcard DEFAULT
Poster DEFAULT

But it is showing photos with following layouts.

Blogview
Tableview
Thumbview
Masonry

Then we purchased your template "iReview3 - Standard" to resolve the issue, but it does not help.

Please advice how to get this to work as expected.
