For Some Reason Mages and CSS Stopped Being Used on Main Menu Page

First. JReviews overrides stopped working.

This is the path to the  custom listings_header.thtml file

templates/jreviews_overrides/views/themes/tctheme/listings/listings_header.thtml

Also the Category images stopped displaying, though nothing changed in CSS and the styles are not being applied to the titles and paragraph text, though class names have not changed as far as I know.

Have no idea what happened, Alejandro, but I can't seem to get things back to the status quo ante (the way they were before). All the other pages are still displaying correctly. There are no sub-menus, so not sure why the ✚ sign is displaying also.
