John Dawson Posted October 10, 2020 at 01:07 AM Share Posted October 10, 2020 at 01:07 AM I seem to have stumbled across an issue where users are creating an account and leaving reviews, but as they are not then finalizing the creation of their account (ie. they are not enabling it) this then creates a dead page link (404 error) when anyone tries to see their reviews. An example is Jay's review at the bottom go: https://tassietrails.org/routesandtrails/mountain-bike/kingston-kaoota-tramway-circuit I can manually work around this by checking for dead links and then enabling their user profiles myself in the backend, but this seems a bit of an ineloquent solution and so I was wondering if anyone has a more eloquent suggestion as to how I might be able to prevent this from happening. Ideally (and this may already exist) there might be some check if the user is enabled and if not this wouldn't display. Link to comment
