Problem with Internet Explorer 11 IE-11 and JReviews Listings Advanced Filtering Module

We are using the JReviews Listings Advanced Filtering Module on the home page of this Joomla site https://www.bizsale.com/

On IE-11 the search options appear as blank white boxes.  You can see the problem at this  IE-11 emulator https://netrenderer.com/  (screenshot attached) We have also had user call us with the same issue.  

Our Joomla version is Joomla! 3.9.19 and JReviews is v3.7.2. Our template is an older RocketTheme Joomla Template Spectral v1.10 with Gantry  v4.1.43

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
