Submit listing and edit image errors

Hi, I have these 2 errors:
1. I have 2 directories in a site(classifieds and business directory)
   - In the category pages of classifieds, when I click the blue button(submit new listing), I can see the submission form
   - IN the category pages of business directory, when I click the blue button(submit new listing), I could not see the submission form

2. When I was trying to edit listing images(edit or add) or edit the listing as admin of site, the page doesnt show anything. I cant edit or add images, the page just doesnt load.

Can you assist me please?
