Possible to prepopulte the email address of author into custom jr_email field?

1. When an author submits a listing: is it possible that his email address from his user account is prepopulated in a jr_email field when submitting a listing? If yes, how?

2. If yes, is it possible to limit that behavior to a single listing type?
