Rik Brown Posted April 14, 2020 at 06:09 AM Share Posted April 14, 2020 at 06:09 AM (edited) As far as I can tell, the Advanced Filtering Module requires user input for a location in order to do either a remote city lookup or to get your current location by clicking on a location icon. We have many city pages. They all have latitude and longitude coordinates stored for their city centers in jr_latitude & jr_longitude. Q: Is there any way for the Advanced Filtering Module to use those stored city coordinates to automatically (without user input) display a clickable radius/proximity list of all categories for that particular city when that city page is displayed? Currently, we are just using the Custom Field banner code box to display the most important categories (with a radius search) in the content area. But I would rather be able to do that in our menu sidebar, if possible. Also, only show those categories on our city pages (we have Advanced Module Manager which would do so if in module form). Or is there a better way to do this? Thanks. -- Rik Edited April 14, 2020 at 06:12 AM by Rik Brown Link to comment
