Create in menu sub menu City as tags maybe ?

i hv multiple cateories that i uses city as sub menu

i hv seen before a documuntation but now icnt find it.

you can create city as submenu but not like as i do , i do every time seperate for each mainmenu i add citys as submenu and thats more work also looking not good

i need structure to create submenus
