In my case, the "step 2" import page is scrolling off screen to the right and there is not a "continue" button visible (see attachment) at the bottom of the page. I get the same result with both Chrome and Firefox. Any way around this? Thanks. -- Rik PS: Sorry, I couldn't get the entire page with my screen capture app. Link to comment
