Kurtis Houser Posted October 22, 2019 at 06:48 PM Share Posted October 22, 2019 at 06:48 PM I finally(!) started upgrading my site from 3.5.3.1 to 3.6.2.1. I have the rating selector set to Slider for mobile devices. I can no longer the drag the thumb along the rail as before. I now have to tap along the rail to get the value and the thumb to change (on my mobile template I have t double-tap, probably an issue with my template). I have upgraded two staging sites, my local dev site and even a base install of Joomla 3.9.12 + JReviews 3.6 + Rapid Launcher. Overrides have been disabled for all of them. All have the same issue. Odd thing is that the slider works as expected for the desktop. The Filter Range Slider has the same problem. An easy way to recreate the issue is to visit https://demo.jreviews.com/products-catalog/laptops with Chrome and use the Price Filter. Now open the Dev Tools and click the Toggle Device Toolbar to simulate a mobile viewport (https://developers.google.com/web/tools/chrome-devtools/device-mode#viewport). Open the Filter Panel and try to drag the the thumbs. They won't move. You have to click to change them. And an odd side note: if you refresh the page the blue Filter button disappears. If I visit this page on my iPhone or iPad (portrait only) I don't see the button at all. Perhaps a template issue? Link to comment
