joomla to wordpress

this is preliminary research to find out if such option would be benefiting us.

We are considering switching from Joomla to  WordPress and jreviews is also included in the potential migration.  

1) How is the database structure? will simple mysqldump do the trick or should I use import addon? 
2) is it possible to migrate the license? I believe we are one of the long-lasting clients since 2007 ( 12 years :) ) 

3) On joomla we use joomsocial. guru and jreviews as main components and even we have dedicated cloud server performance is far from satisfactory.

On wordpress we would like to use buddyboss. learndash and jreviews 

4) in the long run we will like to implement mobile app using those 3 components so we are wondering if Origami could be implemented with appboss ? 

5) is there anything to be aware
