After Install, get an error "Call to undefiend method"

Hi, 

I just updated joomla and JREviews to the latest version and now I can't access JReviews at all, I got the following error: Call to undefined method I18n::setLocale().

 

Now the complete website is down!!! 

 

How Ca I solve this? thank you in advance for your urgent support.
