Show publish date for listings

I noticed that after updating to JReviews 3.5 from 2.7 that all my listing dates changed from published dates to updated/modified dates that say "Updated...". This happened on both List pages and Detail pages. I don't want to use that format and I just want to to show the published date, which I see in a meta tag. How can I show publish dates instead of updated/modified dates? For List pages, I modified the theme to hide the date and used a custom field from this page to show the created date:

But that doesn't exist in the detail template file. Is there a better/different approach to getting the original dates to show?
