Create a menu for adding Reviews in Jreviews with Joomla

Hello,

I need to create to a menu for adding reviews in Joomla with Jreviews.

I want that when I click on the menu of adding reviews then if the user is logged in then it gives the feature of selecting the listing and then leave a review.

I am using Joomla 3.9 with JReviews 3.5.

Is Jreviews provide this feature?

Please suggest me, how can achieve this feature?
