New Helpdesk system in place

Today we are beginning the transition to a new helpdesk system, after upgrading the forums last week. The new system has a more modern feel and it is part of the community platform Invision Community (affiliate link) we use, so it will be easier to maintain both systems going forward.

The old system is still functional in read-only mode (you cannot submit new tickets) and will remain in place until June 15th. After that, the old ticket system will be put offline and the database will be deleted along with it so all the historical ticket information will be gone.

If you have any in-progress tickets in the old system, please don't reply to them. Instead, open another ticket in the new system.
