Layout WP

Hi,

 

Just trying to work out a few small layout issues on my site that mirror the way the demo looks. (I have imported directories form an old Joomla build)
Have looked at demo and and gone through settings and am unable to see where.

1 - Adding proximity search fields
2 - Categories to be laid out neatly and bold. My whole directory is in one line

Main Category
  - CATEGORY
  - CATEGORY
  - CATEGORY
  - CATEGORY
  - CATEGORY
  - CATEGORY
  - CATEGORY
  - CATEGORY
          - sub cat
          - sub cat
  - CATEGORY
  - CATEGORY

 

I think this is because of the way I have set up the actual categories. There's one main category  with other categories within.

To solve this, can I move categories around now that the directories are built up or are they set?

(2nd attached images), the view changer icons, the demo has 3, I have managed to activate 2 and I'm not sure which setting I have clicked to make this appear! lol

Is there a way to add Category images in WP?
